I stumbled on this video from one of my favorite trainers Craig Ballantyne. I tried this workout tonight. It took less than 20 minutes and gave a nice little burn. We can all fit 20 minutes into our day.

I went to lunch yesterday and watched a guy order a double burger, 2 orders of fries and a large drink. The cup was actually so big it had a handle. What’s really amazing is how fast he ate it all. He ate it all so fast that he actually fell asleep at the restaurant. [Continue]
