<p>I already have people asking me to help them establish an exercise program.   After talking with them I realize that most people have good intentions and a strong desire to get in shape but not a lot of time.</p>
<p>I can totally relate being a husband and a father of three high energy boys (my oldest is six years old), plus as much as I love to exercise I still have other interests and commitments.</p>
