Hello everyone, Mike Smith here once again.   As you know by now I am a big fan of Craig Ballantyne’s revolutionary Turbulence Training video.   I personally use it myself and have lost over 8 pounds in 2 weeks while cutting out cardio and actually spending less time working out.   Time is of the essence for a father of 3 small boys.    Getting a more effective workout with less time is actually what prompted me to purchase Turbulence Training.    I’m in and out of the weight room in 45 minutes. No excuses. And as far as I’m concerned, if you’re not willing to spend 45 minutes a day for 3 days a week on your health then you don’t really want it.
